Apple pie oatmeal

One of my favourite breakfasts is oatmeal. I like delicious food, but I love when it's nourish my body too. One of my favourites is this apple pie version. The ingredients are so easy, that you can find at home. I recommend coconut flower sugar, because it gives an amazing flavour to the apple layer, but you can use any kind of sweetener you prefer.

Apple pie oatmeal
Apple pie oatmeal
3 tbsp oatmeal
2 tbsp chia seeds
1,5 dl Alpro vanilla rice milk
1 tsp cinnamon
for apple layer:
a smaller apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
top with: coconut syrup

Mix ingredients for the oatmeal and let it rest for 20 minutes. For the apple layer, chop apple into little cubes and saute with sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice until tender. Layer with the oatmeal.
